Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

Had a great experience at Maaco with Jason. He was helpful, proactive, and responsive. Got an older car repainted after some (had some sun damage, dents, and dings). He was very clear on cost and the truck looks great!

I used the company in the past when the shop was managed by another manager and they had free estimates and great pricing. When I when back just recently they charged me $25 for an estimate that was the highest of the three estimates I received by 27%. Don’t pay them $25 for a high ass estimate unless you need a high estimate to use against someone in a legal sue. Under new management in this case is not good. Keith DeCay

I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. I dropped my car off the same day I received the quote, which was already a huge plus. They began working on my car on Monday and provided a clear update later that day, letting me know when work started and what the next steps would be. On Tuesday, they called to let me know the paint job was completed and would be dry by 4 PM, exactly as promised. The turnaround time was fast, communication was consistent, and most importantly — the work looks amazing. The paint and body work came out flawless, and my car looks brand new again. If you’re looking for a body shop that’s professional, efficient, and does high-quality work, I would absolutely recommend them.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service at Maaco! They did an outstanding job on my Malibu, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about their work. My car looks flawless, and the quality of their craftsmanship speaks for itself. If you’re looking for top-tier service and amazing results, Maaco is the place to go! Highly recommend!

I was in an accident in April 2023 and went to Maaco for an estimate to give to my adjuster. After my adjuster sent the payment, I took my car to Maaco for repairs and paid in cash. Now, less than two years later, the paint is peeling on the replacement bumper they installed and painted. I reached out to them, hoping to have it repainted since it hasn’t even been two years. However, they claim they have no records from that time due to a new system. I don’t have a receipt, but I provided them with the original estimate, my VIN number, and even a survey I received after the repair. Despite this, they’re giving me the runaround. It’s frustrating because my car is a 2023 Hyundai, and the paint shouldn’t be peeling—especially only on the part they replaced. I even sent pictures, but they still haven’t responded.
